Questions
Prices are in US dollars. Outside the US, Apple sets the local price, and the App Store shows it before you pay.
+Is DocFort free?
Yes. DocFort is free for up to 10 documents with full OCR, up to 5 alerts per document, and biometric lock. No credit card, no account.
+What's the difference between Pro and Family?
Pro is one person, unlimited documents. Family adds up to 5 members with shared expiry visibility while keeping each person's documents private.
+Does the Team plan store employee documents?
No. DocFort extracts the expiry dates and key fields, then permanently destroys the image. Admins see status and dates — never documents. No DocFort server stores anything. Team is bought and managed in DocFort for Mac; members join and scan on iPhone.
+Can I switch plans?
Anytime, from Settings. Moving up — say, monthly to yearly — starts right away, and Apple credits the unused part of your current plan. Moving down starts when your current period ends. Your data is always yours.
